This entry level course deals with the skills and knowledge required to advise on and serve a range of bottled and prepoured alcoholic beverages to appropriate customers within a variety of licensed and BYO enterprises.
The course is ideal for candidates entering the wine retail and hospitality industries as well as wine enthusiasts looking to learn more wine theory and formal tasting procedures.

Pre Requisites: Statement of Attainment in Responsible Service of Alchohol
Duration: 8.5 hours (includes a 30 minute written assesment)
Delivery: One full day or two consecutive half days
