This international qualification is designed to give a thorough understanding of the principal wines and spirits of the world and provide information on the key factors influencing style, quality and value.
Successful candidates will be in a position to advise management, to answer customer queries authoritatively and to make informed selections of wines and spirits in a variety of situations.

Qualification: WSET Level 3 Award in Wines & Spirits
Pre Requisites: The course is open to all students who can demonstrate successful completion of equivalent ‘intermediate’ wine qualification or sufficient wine trade experience accompanied by references.
Duration: 51 hours (this includes a 1hr 45 minute written assessment and a 30 minute blind tasting of two wines)
Delivery: The course is presented over seven days split over two consecutive weeks
Time: 9.00am - 5.00pm x 6 days over 2 weeks. The assessment is completed on day seven: 9.30am - 12.30pm
