Almost 200 of Australia’s top restaurants are generously donating tables, food and service to children’s cancer charity Camp Quality. Throughout May 2013, six cities will host the Camp Quality Supper Club, which fundraises to help create a better life for every child living with cancer in Australia.
With enough chef’s hats between them to impress even the pickiest foodie, the event is set to delight Australia’s social set in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide, Brisbane and Perth on Thursday evenings throughout May 2013. Booking is available at www.supperclub.org.au
This is the 10th year anniversary of Camp Quality’s Supper Club, which has raised $5.5million since its inception. This year we’ll be getting lost in Wonderland, with Mad Hatters’ tea parties taking over Australia’s swankiest restaurants in true Camp Quality style throughout May.
Each restaurant has donated a table of 12. Guests will be served a gourmet, à la carte dinner complete with Champagne Taittinger and local wines from award-winning McWilliam’s. Diners will then be chauffeured in style by luxury Lexus cars to a secret ‘Wonderland’ where all the Camp Quality Supper Club guests from across the city converge to party the night away with live entertainment, dancing and drinks.
The Canberra and Adelaide events kick off the series on Thursday 2 May followed by Sydney on 9 May, Melbourne on 16 May and Perth and Brisbane on 23 May.
Last year’s attendees included Jodi Gordon, Braith Anasta, Rachael Finch, Rebecca Judd, Amanda McLeay, Laura Dundovic, Anna Plunkett and Luke Sales.
Camp Quality Supper Club is proudly supported by McWilliam’s, Champagne Taittinger and Lexus.
